FULL COLOR
Unlike some hairdressers I love to cover those pesky greys, doing so in the most natural way with the most natural grow out in mind. For most folks I like to get you to the lightest root color possible, coupled with advanced application techniques, we get natural dimensional light play happening that youd swear took a thousand foil highlights to achieve. The CALURA system is formulated with an innovative exothermic technology that was designed to maximize dye penetration and minimize hair damage. Each shade was formulated to generate a specific increase in temperature to achieve desired results. As a bonus, this heat allows a thorough penetration of the certified organic essences and keratin. The result is an incomparable radiant shine!

Embracing your natural Silver doesn’t have to be dull. Spruce it up with ultimate illuminosity and depth. Can be done without harsh line of demarcation. Our breakthrough demi-permanent liquid colour is no exception. Calura Gloss offers the versatility of a liquid colour in an alcohol-free water base environment! The Blacklight Smart Bond Protection and Strengthening Concentrate is a standalone pro treatment or additive to be added to chemical treatments. Composed of proteins extracted from rice, this product strengthens hair inner structure and protects its surface during chemical treatments. It also offers porosity control.

Care
Each Blacklight product has been specially formulated to cater to the complete spectrum of blondes whether they are highlighted, bleached or colour treated. This 100% vegan care line contains 11 amino acides and argan oil which hydrates hair in a natural way while enhancing elasticity. Plus it is completely sulfate, salt and paraben free!

Facts & Philosophy of a Natural minded Colorist
1. The FDA does not review cosmetic products or ingredients before they are put on the shelf. It is an unregulated, poorly studied chemical industry in a bottle.
2. On average an adult uses 10 personal care products a day – 1/3 of them contain one or more possible carcinogens.
3. 89% of the ingredients in beauty care products are unevaluated.
4. Chemicals are made and added for the sole purpose of how they perform, not on how their exposure could effect our health.
5. Possible side effects linked to beauty product ingredients: allergies, carcinogens, skin irritation, hormonal disorders, tumors, kidney and liver failure, birth defects and more.
6. People in the beauty industry are 3 TIMES more likely than the average person to develop health problems due to inhalation of chemicals, making it one of the top industries for cancer research.
